We believe in quality over quantity. We don’t believe in filling our catalogue with everything available in the market. Every product is thoughtfully selected with a purpose and our Tulsi Mala collection is made with 100% pure Tulsi beads.

A Tulsi Jaap Mala is traditionally used for Naam Jap and mantra chanting, helping devotees keep count while chanting.

Shipping
Karmic Nest delivers across India and internationally. International orders are shipped to available destinations through our shipping partners. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the destination.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery within India typically takes 5-10 days, while international delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through your registered contact details. For domestic orders within India, you can also track your shipment through our “Track My Order” page using your tracking details. For international orders, tracking can be done using the tracking information provided by our shipping partner.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 5-7 days.

Returns & Exchanges
Karmic Nest does not accept returns. Exchanges are provided only in cases of a verified damaged/defective product, incorrect product, or missing item. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package and product from the moment it is opened. The video must be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the issue is verified, our team will assist you with the applicable exchange or resolution.
Billing
Karmic Nest accepts online payments through the payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment options.
Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible domestic orders within India. COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location and order value. A COD charge of ₹79 may apply to eligible orders.
Yes. An order invoice is generated for your purchase and may be shared with you through your registered email address or other registered contact details.
If the payment has been deducted from your account but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment details or transaction reference. Our team will verify the payment status and assist you accordingly.
If your payment fails, please try again using another available payment method. If the amount has been deducted despite the payment showing as unsuccessful, please contact us with your transaction details so we can verify the status.
Eligible cancellations made before dispatch may qualify for a refund. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 days after the cancellation is approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
