If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, Karmic Nest reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

Any applicable prepaid amount for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through your registered email address, phone number, or other available communication channel.

Payment

Karmic Nest accepts the payment methods made available on the website at the time of checkout.

For domestic prepaid orders, payment must be completed through the available online payment options.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible domestic orders and carries an additional ₹79 COD charge, which is payable at the time of placing the order.

International orders are prepaid only. COD is not available for international orders.

All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the applicable payment service provider.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of successful order placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5–10 days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Domestic prepaid shipping is free on orders worth Rs 499 or above.

International shipping is available to selected destinations and is prepaid only. International shipping charges are additional and may vary depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and courier service.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Karmic Nest as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

For eligible cancellations made before dispatch, applicable refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Karmic Nest does not accept returns.

Exchange requests may only be considered for eligible cases such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product.

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.

The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened and the reported issue or damage.

The video must be sent to Karmic Nest via email within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos alone will not be considered sufficient for an exchange request.
